Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Public Notice, issued by the DNH Power Distribution Corporation regarding the disclosure pursuant to the ARR for Multi-Year Tariff Determination and Tariff Revision Proposal filed before the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC).
As per the Public Notice, DNH Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. has filed ARR Petition and Tariff Proposal before the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) under Section 62, 63 and 64 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for Multi-Year Tariff determination for the Control Period FY 2022-23 to FY 2024-25 and Tariff proposal for the FY 2022-23 in accordance with the JERC (Conduct Business) Regulations 2009 and JERC (Generation, Transmission and Distribution Multi-Year Tariff) Regulations, 2021.
