Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the Minutes of the Meeting held on 13/01/2020 at 03:30 PM in the Conference Hall, Secretariat, Silvassa under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Collector, Dadra & Nagar Haveli for the discussion to Celebrate Republic Day and Merger Day on 26/01/2020.
As you all are aware that, on this Republic Day 26/01/2020 Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu will merge into one Union Territory. For the celebration of Merger Day and Republic Day, Hon’ble Collector called a meeting and invited suggestions for the celebration.
The President of SIMA Shri Chandrakant M Parekh attended the meeting and shared his suggestion for the celebration of merger day. During the meeting, it was suggested to illuminate the industrial area and also to install Hoardings on the Theme of Merger in Industrial Area, Petrol Pumps and other prominent places of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
During the meeting, other dignitaries also suggested various activities for the celebration Republic Day and Merger Day.
