Dear all,

An order No. RD/RTS/LND/ Computerised 7 x12 /2016, dtd: 20/07/2016 has been issued by Deputy Secretary (Revenue), DNH, Silvassa. The scanned copy of the order is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

Vide the above order, it is informed to the general public that, Administration has started "Citizen Service Centers" (Saral Seva Kendras) at 10 various locations in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. From the Saral Seve Kendras, citizen can obtain various revenue records of their land i.e. extract forms VII-XII and VIII-A under the DNH Land Revenue Regulation and Rules. These extracts are generated using the electronic database available on Avanika portal, henceforth will be digitally signed by the Data Entry Operator in charge of Saral Seva Kendras and the concerned Talathi with effect from 21/06/2016. Manual issuance of village forms VII-XII and VIII-A has been discontinued from 21/07/2016.

The authenticity and genuineness of such records issued by the DEO of SSK and Talathi can be verified from the Avanika link available on the website of DNH (www.dnh.nic.in).

It is also informed to all the Head of Office of the Administration to treat the above digitally signed forms as authentic document subject to its verification from Avanika portal.

So, all the colleague industries are hereby requested to obtain the revenue record from such designated Saral Seva Kendras which is started under the programme of Digital India and the object to provide records instantly to the citizen.
