Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Gazette Notification published by the Planning and Development Authority, UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa vide No. DNHPDA/ODP/107(1)/2010/Pt.IV/506 Dated 24/07/2023.
As per the Notification,under Section 39 of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Town & Country Planning Act 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the Act), the Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Planning and Development Authority has prepared a Revised Outline Development Plan which also includes General Development Rules 2023.
