FOR VIOLATION OF FIRE PREVNTION AND FIRE SAFETY MEASURES.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Order No. No. 45/08/FIRE-AUDIT/14-15/DFES/145, dated 31/03/2023 issued by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, Daman.
WHEREAS, theFire department had also issued Final fire NOC to various Industrial units, Hotels, High-rise/ Residential-Cum Commercial, Educational Institutes/Schools, (Commercial buildings such as Shopping Malls, Theatres, Restaurants) and Business buildings, Hospitals buildings etc... subject to renew the fire NOC from time to time. However, they have not applied for renewal of fire NOC within the stipulated time limit even till now. These are in clear violation of fire prevention and fire safety measures.
