Environmental Public Hearing issued by Pollution Control Committee, DD and DNH.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Environmental Public Hearing Notification No. PCC/DDD/DNH-EIA-PH-Guj Gas Ltd./2019-20/15 dated 15.01.2020 issued by Pollution Control Committee, DD & DNH.
As you all are aware that M/s Gujarat Gas Ltd has proposed the project of Environmental Clearance for laying Natural Gas distribution network including associated facilities in the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
As per MOEF proposal No. IA/DN/IND2/89957/2018, MOEF TOR issued vide No. IA-J-11011/7/2019-IA-II(I) dated 08/02/2019 and the request of the project Proponent the Environmental Public hearing shall be conducted by the Committee on 18.02.2020 at 11:00 AM at Panchayat Town Hall, Near Gram Panchayat Office, Amboli, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.
The details of the project are mentioned in the attached Notification.
All plausible stakeholder of the project is requested to remain present in the public hearing or send their response in writing to Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
