Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Office Memorandum dated 06.09.2020, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi, issued by the Ministry of MSME. office of the Development Commissioner (MSME), MSME Policy Division regarding Clubbing of Investment as per new criteria of classification of MSMEs vide notification no. S.O. 2119(E) dated 26.06.2020.
Vide Office Memorandum, as per the para (3) of clause 3 of the notification no. S.O. 2119(E) dated 26.06.2020, issued by Ministry, in connection with criteria of classification of MSMEs based on investment in plant and machinery or equipment and turnover.
