Your association is in receipt of a public notice no: F No V/RT/ Misc-1/ Silvassa /14-15/3306 dated 16/10/2014, issued by commissionerate of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, Vapi. The copy of said notice is enclosed herewith for your reference.
In accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. The respective officers of central excise , customs and service tax, Silvassa are designated as CPIO and Appellate Authority with immediate effect.
You all the fellow industries are hereby requested to go through the said public notice and can approach the concerned CPIO to avail any information under RTI 2005.
