Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Circular No. 1/Home/358/PSARA/Issue of Licence/23-24/812 dated 08/08/2023 issued by Home Department, Secretariat, Vidyut Bhawan, Kachigam, Nani Daman.
As per the Circular, It has been brought to the knowledge of the undersigned that Industries, Organizations, Institutions etc are engaging the services of Security Guard(s) and Supervisor(s) from the Private Security Agency who do not have a valid licence issued under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
Engaging or providing private security guards without a valid licence by the Private Security Agency or Person is a violation of Section 4 of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
