Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. DMHS/Mass Awareness/1636 dated 05/03/2019 issued by Department of Medical and Health Services, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.
As per the Circular Department of Medical and Family Welfare, Dadra & Nagar Haveli is organizing Practical Yoga Session from 8th March 2019 for 1 hour from 7:00 am to 8:00 am at Daman Ganga Riverfront (Monday to Saturday).
This practice Session is going to be conducted by a trained Yoga Instructor who will help you to spread awareness regarding Lifestyle, disease and changes required to maintain Healthy life.
This session is open for the public and the participants have to carry their personal yoga matt.
As the session are open to the general public, all colleagues are requested to spread and encourage their workers for a healthy and peaceful life.
