Your association SIMA has received a Circular No. PCC/DDD/EPR-USEDOIL/2023-24/121, dated 19/07/2024 from Pollution Control Committee, 1st Floor, Udyog Bhavan Bhenslore, Nani Daman, Daman.
As per the circular, In this regard, stakeholders including producers, collection agents, used oil importers and recyclers of Used Oil operating within the Union Territory of DNH & DD, who have not yet registered on the portal, are mandated to complete their registration on the website https://eprusedoil.cpcb.gov.in latest by 31/07/2024. All the information in the form of SOPs for registration, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Second Amendment Rules, 2023, etc., are available on the above portal. Additionally, they are mandated to acknowledge their registration to the office of the Pollution Control Committee DNH & DD without any delay.
