Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of a Circular No. LEO/COVID-19/2020/610 dated 19/04/2020 issued by Dr. Apurva Sharma, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Labour Department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.
Vide the circular department has referred the Order No. 40-3/2020-DM-I (A) dated 15.04.2020 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi.
In order to ensure social distancing and other arrangements in offices, workplace, factories and establishment consolidated revised guidelines have been issued by the ministry.
All the industries and other establishments who have granted permission to keep their factory operation functional during lockdown period are hereby directed to follow the Standard Operating Procedure for social distancing at the workplace as mentioned in the attached circular.
Therefore all are advised to strictly adhere to the guidelines and prescribed SOP of MHA and directives of local Administration. Also requested to maintain proper hygiene measures and continue the operation of your unit by maintaining social distancing.
