We wish to inform you that the District Industries Centre (DIC), Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa vide Circular No. DIC/14(281)/2025/711 dated 24/09/2026 has informed about “Bharat ODOP Sangam” organized by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

Event Details:

Bharat ODOP Sangam – a National-level Exhibition-cum-Sales event

Date: 7th to 11th October 2026

Venue: Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi

The event is envisaged as a national celebration of the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative. It aims to provide a unified platform to promote and sell ODOP products across India while facilitating B2B, institutional, and market linkages for participating artisans, producers, and enterprises.

In this regard, all States and Union Territories have been requested to nominate 10 startups working in sectors such as handicrafts, textiles, food processing, toys, and related domains.

3.1. Eligibility Criteria for Nominations:

1.  Must be a registered Startup with DPIIT in the UT.

2.  Must be working on products or solutions aligned with the ODOP products of the UT.

3.2. Key Benefits for Shortlisted Startups:

-   Complimentary Exhibition Stalls: DPIIT will provide complimentary exhibition space at Bharat Mandapam to shortlisted startups to showcase their products and innovations.

-   Market Access & Networking: Direct opportunities to engage with potential buyers, industry stakeholders, institutional partners, and general visitors.

-   Capacity Building: Direct access to sessions on e-commerce onboarding, export readiness, packaging improvements, and design innovation.

2. Daman: Plastic Products

3. Diu: Marine

(B) Allied Products:

1. DNH: Mushroom based products

2. Daman: Fish and allied products

3. Diu: Fish and allied products

(C) Food / Culinary Products:

1. DNH: (i) Gauthi style chicken, (ii) Dry Udad Dal Sabzi (prepared in earthern pot), (iii) Chawal roti, (iv) Nagli (Raagi) Roti

2. Daman: (i) Sea Food (Fish-Pomfret & Bombay Duck/Prawns), (ii) Gauthi style chicken, (iii) Chawal Roti

3. Diu: (i) Sea Food (Fish/Prawns/Crabs/Lobsters/Squids), (ii) Bajra/Jowar Roti
